As we end 2018, hopefully there is much gratitude, reflection, and excitement for the new year. The most important thing to remember as we enter 2019 is to live with intention. Being intentional is better than setting goals. Intention requires us to carefully plan, to reflect, and to consciously make effort for changes we want within ourselves and around us.
