Welcome! I am so happy you are considering beginning this therapeutic journey. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a diverse range of experience. I have worked with children, teenagers, adults, families and couples. Throughout my experiences and career I have narrowed my focus, however, still enjoy working with all types of clients. My specialties are working with women, young adults, minorities, and couples. I am a strength-based therapist who believes that we all possess strengths and positive qualities that will allow us to fight challenges that we are faced with. At times it is difficult for us to identify our strengths, and I strive to help individuals and couples identify their strengths that help keep us going during the most difficult times. I am here to listen to your experiences and your stories. We all have different stories to tell, and I value providing a warm and non-judgmental space to listen and provide support and guidance. The most important qualities we desire as humans are to feel heard, valued, and respected. I not only help teach couples these values, but I practice these values also within my therapy room. My inspiration lies in helping individuals live authentic lives and being able to authentically connect within our relationships. It would be a pleasure to meet you and help you on your journey to healing and self-discovery.
